At NurtureX, we’re committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read it carefully to understand our procedures and timelines.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the availability of your location at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on country and customs
  • Duties/Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in our prices.
  • NurtureX is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • You can track your order through the link in the email or directly via our website: www.nurturex.com/track-order

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. NurtureX is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
  • If your order is marked "delivered" but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us. NurtureX is not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking number
  • Contact the shipping carrier for details
  • If unresolved, email us at sales@nurturex.us and we’ll investigate

We will work with you and the shipping partner to resolve any lost or undelivered packages, and will offer replacements or refunds where applicable.


7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you order an item on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. You will receive updates via email when your item is ready to ship.


8. Packaging

All orders are packed securely in recyclable or reusable materials. Our copper bottles are shipped with protective wrapping and outer boxing to prevent damage during transit.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
