1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging (including tags, inserts, or accessories)
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or visibly worn copper bottles
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or mishandling
- Gift cards and promotional/free items
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@nurturex.us with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We will reply within 2–3 business days with further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- If your original payment method has expired, we will offer store credit
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at returns@nurturex.us within 7 days of receiving your item. We may request photo or video proof.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and ship your replacement item at no additional charge.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will take full responsibility and either:
- Send a replacement item
- Offer a full refund
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your payment provider—it may take additional processing time

7. International Orders
For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. NurtureX is not responsible for lost or undelivered international return shipments.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
